about
1980s indie
We established KIK Productions in 1980 as a vehicle for in-house projects. One initiative was to record tracks for a cassette magazine with some of the bands who were around the studio at the time. In good indie fashion we might’ve put the stuff out as an album but didn’t. Had we done so it would've made a pretty decent sampler I think. This is authentic indie from when the genre barely existed.
The recordings are from a private collection and are for streaming only.
